Damesara is an ethnic grocery store and restaurant in St-Jérôme offering products from Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America. The food is more than excellent, divine, and delicious, with highlights including griot, chicken, and banana pezé. The meat is very tender, crispy on the outside, and full of freshness. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and provides a great team and an outstanding client experience. Prices are competitive and very decent. There is parking available, and the option to enjoy a delicious hot plate on site or via delivery. It is highly recommended and worth the detour.
