On May 2, I went to Cloutmatic for the Milwaukee sale to buy several chests. When I got to the cash register, I waited 40 minutes before being served, I can understand that it was very busy due to the big sale, I paid a value of $1000+, when I went in the back store to pick up my bins, I am told that they no longer have the mounting plates and boxes and that I will have to go back to the front. I go back to the front and wait another 50 minutes and still no answer. I had to leave for an appointment and when I came back to get a refund a few days later they told me that they can't do anything because they can't know if I actually received the products or not. I have photos that show the time and my purchases. I am extremely disappointed with them. I changed supplier because I was disappointed but I'm really disappointed it's the last time I go there.

I went in this morning intending to buy a needle nailer, or piner.It shocked me not to be able to see any price displayed, it's not very practical to be able to compare and make a wise purchase.I don't think that's a good way to make the experience enjoyable. Although it's a very nice store, I won't go back there.

Good choice of products, good prices, very good service. The only annoyance is that the prices of the items are not displayed. I was looking for a hammer and none had a price. Or it wasn't visible... This greatly reduces my desire to buy.

Purchased a tool and some fasteners here ; dealt with Robert. Store was clean and well-merchandised. Employee was trained/knowledgable and able to answer my not-so-easy questions with human answers. One of the best selections of Dewalt and Milwaukee I've seen, and the items I needed were in stock.
