Honestly this is my worst banking experience ever (I am a customer in 3 other banks) both on the phone and in person the service is horrible. Very long and painful, this company is mediocre. For invoicing things they are good for example. No follow-up to my complaints.

Welcome without a smile. A fee of 9.95 to give me a draft when I closed an account. There was no fee-free option other than cash settlement which was not possible on the day or practical for the amount in question. In addition, we "forgot" to calculate the interest on $100 that I was owed.
Fortunately this amount was finally given to me by the CIBC telephone service. Be careful.
