Hello, I recommend that you go to another dealership for your vehicle.No after-sales service, no return calls for 1 month even when calling every day. When the seller called me back following my call to his director, it was to tell me that he would get back to me because he was busy with customers. No return afterwards.When purchasing the vehicle I had 4 different prices a week before delivery.If you buy a maintenance plan for your vehicle, in St-Jerome they have clauses to charge you even if it is covered by the plan and strangely in another dealership there are no hidden fees.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

J'ai une expérience 100% positive de la réparation de mon Volt chez Chevrolet Saint Jérôme. Tout le monde avec qui j'ai parlé était amical et professionnel. Merci Christine et Anthony! I just purchased a used 2021 Chevy Silverado Custom from this dealer. I saw the vehicle online on Thursday, inquired on the site to make arrangements to view the vehicle, and within minutes received a response. I left Northern Ontario on Friday morning and was in St Jarome early Friday afternoon. I was greeted by Mikael and Manuel, tried the vehicle, and the deal was fully complete 3 hours later, I drove the vehicle away the same afternoon. For anyone from Ontario, purchasing a vehicle at St Jarome Chevrolet it is simple, they make it very easy, and the customer service is outstanding (Constance). All I have to do now is have it certified in Ontario and I'm on the road. Right from the start, first contact with Mikael was unbelievably smooth, a super stand up salesman and person. I dealt mostly with Manuel and Michelangelo at the dealership, but the whole team is truly professional, they take their job seriously but are very calm, understanding, and extremely helpful. The bonus for me was they covered the Quebec Sales Tax and everyone speaks perfect English. I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from St Jarome Chevrolet, and I highly recommend.
