Reparation avec pieces debosse a la place de neuve mauvaise piece electronique intaller et quand je suis retouner au garage il ont denier le tout, mon dealer me dit mauvaise pieces instaler par la body shop.J’ai due paye de ma poche chez mon dealer pour la reparaation attention si vous faite affaire avec eux

Very warm welcome. The courtesy vehicle was impeccable and clean. My vehicle was repaired quickly. They are accommodating for appointments and also ensure that you do not have to worry about the loan vehicle (size and logistics). The explanations are clear. It is true that the time between the visit for the expert and the completion of the work on my car was long but I have the impression that it is the same everywhere. I recommend this place.

With bodywork work, it’s always later that we know if the work is well done or not. It's been 2 years now since I did business with you, for an insurance job. Removed the front bumpers and smashed the grille and this is what happened today.The clips and/or screws have rusted and there are rust-colored slides on the grille. My lights, the high ones don't work and my mechanic had to reattach some cables because they were hanging.Once again I have the impression that insurance jobs pay and don't require you to do anything of quality.I have a paint job on my suitcase which is rusting, I am going to do business with another workshop. I made a claim to my insurance for an accident last March and I took the option of taking photos and having them sent to the garage to make the estimate. 4 months later, nothing! I called my insurance company thinking that the problem was with them but they told me that the photos were sent to the garage the same week that I took them... So I decided to call 3 years ago now weeks to follow up on my request and I get the answering machine every time I try and I leave a message each time but no one gets back to me... I'm thinking of calling back my insurance to do business with another garage in the end.

I was waiting for news from insurance companies before writing. What poor service!!!!’ The insurance companies dealt with them in mid-November….. we understand the back order of the parts so I wait….. in March still no news After 5-6 messages I called the insurance companies back…. They try to join them too…. The insurance companies tell me, for our part, it’s closed, we paid them….. aaaaaaahhh I understand better why there is no urgency to make the repairs, they are already paid for!!!!!! The insurer managed to contact them at the end of March and told them that they would call me within 2 to 3 weeks…. I wait…. (I don't even need a courtesy vehicle so I should be taken quickly) at the beginning of June no news I call them and call back and call back leaves messages WITHOUT ANY RETURN!!!! It’s July!!!!!! It's been 9 months and the insurance companies have already paid, they don't even follow up to tell me if they are missing any parts! I call my insurer back….. who in turn try to contact them….. I had a call today…. The insurance companies cancel this garage and send me elsewhere, and can’t believe my immense patience….Imagine an insurer it’s money assured for them and they offer such bad service! Stay away! Very far. We had already had a first experience where my car returned there for 2 to 3 weeks and after 6 weeks they did not call me back despite my messages and they had MY car! Once again I had to involve the insurer…. And I got it back after 8 weeks….During the second accident when the insurer made me return there I said to myself well maybe they were very busy and lacking parts I gave it a chance for the first times…. This second experience is unacceptable! Don’t tell me to call the complaints department, we won’t get any more feedback ?Service: General repairs & maintenance
