Je suis allée pour faire changer mes pneus, mais j’avais quelques réparations et entretiens à faire. Ils ont tout fait sur place, sans rendez-vous avec beaucoup de minutie. Un travail impeccable avec des explications et tout ça, avec le sourire. Ce sera maintenant ma place de référence c’est assuré. Merci pour votre excellent travail.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, I LEFT 4 MAGS AND 18 INCH TIRES SO THAT THEY COULD PREPARE THEM IN ADVANCE AND I LEFT AND 2 HOURS LATER HE MATHIEU CALLED ME TO TELL ME TO COME BY WITH THE VEHICLE AND READY TO INSTALL AND WHEN THE INSTALLATION THERE WAS A PROBLEM OF THE STUD BEING TOO SHORT BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED SPACERS AND POUF, THEY RELEASED OTHER STUDS AND THE PERFECT JOB.

Extremely disappointed with the service received during the installation of my tires. I left my tires in storage at the garage for 2 weeks and when I returned the owner informed me that MY tires had been sold.... So they offered me a pair of tires that they had in stock but of lower quality.Also, they tightened the nuts too much which caused them to scrape. As a result, I went back twice to have them try to remove them. But, without much effort, they sent me to Volks and I had to pay $600 out of my pocket due to their mistake.

I've been changing my tires here for 7 years straight. Friendly, cool staff and great service. Always happy to go there and they are very fast and efficient. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the line moves fast. Thanks guys !
