I went there to get a new phone. I was served by Nathan, who took his time and displayed great patience and customer care. The only thing, he never asked if I desired a specific colour so he gave me the black because that was all they had in stock. This is my first black iPhone. All in all, the service was great!

Hello! I am very disappointed with today's service, let me explain; I scanned the same product 3 times but I only noticed it when I got home because I found that it was a high amount! I called the services he told me to go there with the invoice, I took the trouble to ask if I had to bring my items and the person told me no just the invoice we will arrange that! I left Ste Angèle de Monnoir to finally wait half an hour and be told that he was going to do some research and call me afterwards! The person gave me a piece of paper (a piece of blank invoice) and put your name and telephone number! I think the piece of paper is going to get lost 🫡 it's true that it was me who scanned it but I scanned all the items in my basket and I really didn't check it is my mistake but at the same time you really thought that I was going to lose my name for around $80 I felt like a thief in addition to having called so as not to go there for nothing because I would very much have been unable to transmit the information by telephone for do your research on your free cash register cameras 1 at 11:28 a.m. time of my bill! It would be good if the service people gave the right information, this would avoid unnecessary (gas) and disappointing trips! PS I hope you will find it quickly because my money is limited!!! and I don't think I voluntarily scanned the same article 3 times! Thank you for your attention!!✌🏾Céline Beaulieu

Disappointed with customer service. Yesterday I picked up an IPad 9th purchased online for $318.44 + taxes. Today I noticed that this IPad was reduced to $279.98 + taxes. So I called customer service to get a price adjustment. After about twenty minutes I was told to go to the store to get a refund. I go to the store's customer service department and Suzie tells me that she is happy to do so. But then a Brigitte arrives and tells me that it is impossible to credit this purchase and repurchase it at the price of the flyer because an item purchased online must be on the floor for 24 hours before you can buy it. She therefore advises me to get a reduced IPad 9th in store and that she will be able to reimburse me for my purchase. Suzie offers to call to check the availability of the product but Brigitte refuses and replies that the “madam” can go there herself. So I go to the department and the clerk asks me to pay before returning to customer service with my discounted iPad. I pay and return to customer service. Brigitte is shocked at the customer service that the clerk gave me even though she had forced me to go to electronics myself and Suzie wanted to call the department to save me having to travel. I had to get back on the line a second time. Still, I found myself with two identical iPads and still unable to get my price adjustment. Another, Valérie, is called. She said she was unable to proceed because the iPad purchased online was sold through an intermediary on the Walmart website. I was discouraged by everything I had ultimately done for nothing. Valérie explains to me to try to return my online purchase and keep the last iPad purchased or to keep my online purchase and get a refund for the last one purchased. I left an hour later with my iPad purchased online. No one was able to help me in store and give me the $45 difference. Thank you Suzie for your courtesy. I really appreciated it. When I got home I called customer service at Walmart.ca again. I explained my experience in store. They granted me the price adjustment that I had been refused on the very first call, but what a waste of time it was to finally get my due.

Consumer protection law does not exist here.
To begin with, rude self-service checkout lady. Then, I saw an item for $20, at checkout, it showed $35.
Well, I alerted the lady and she scanned it and said “no, it’s $35”. I understand, I see it, I tell him again that the problem comes from the fact that it is displayed at $20.
She reiterates that it is $35 and that is the price I have to pay. So, a “back and forth” begins where I ask him to verify, because a law protects customers from bad postings. She tells me no, that's not true. I have to pay $35.
Namely, I tell him that if I'm wrong, I'll pay him, but that I have the right to verification.
Well, she took all her time, went to see other clients before settling the matter. Then she asked one, then two colleagues if I was telling the truth. After all that, she decides to call an associate who never showed up.
Finally, she sent me to the articles to take a photo and so on.
I find myself at the back of the store, again, looking for the bags. Well, it seems misplaced, but a label further down indicates $35, I replace them.
I go back to the checkouts, explain to the lady who says “I told you so” or something close to it.
I couldn't find any supervisor. The employee may have come from elsewhere, but it would be relevant to teach her the laws of Quebec.

Never have your order delivered, second time items are missing and this time I received 5 items out of a complete order and I am told to close and call back tomorrow. I will never do business with them again, very disappointed with the service.

For the second time, I ordered a product from the Walmart website and they refused to deliver it to me due to a pricing error on their part. They pretend to have delivered it to the wrong address (verify by Fedex themselves), refund me the product and tell me to order it again but they increased the price a lot after refunding me. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to for it's happened to me twice in a short space of time. They acquit themselves by saying it’s one of their “market sellers” but it’s Walmart that appears on my credit card. I have kept all the emails and the printscreens, Consumer Protection confirms to me that this is illegal. I'll complain.

I often pick up items at this Walmart and more than once, a young girl comes to bring me the items. Her service is great in addition to being very kind, courteous and funny. I hope she is good at her job. I always have the items I need. Great service every time
