I bought slippers after wearing them barely three times the seam was loose I returned to the store to exchange them within 39 days the assistant manager refused the first visit and on my second visit the manager also refused was very contemptuous I explained the law to her and she told me she didn't care very disappointed I don't recommend going to Walmart to buy it

Rossy from St Jean sur Richelieu, poor service supposedly from the manager as well as from the staff including a certain employee named Carole, former employee of the Symphonie des Halles restaurant in St Jean sur Richelieu. I was raised in a business, I worked in the public sector, never, ever would this attitude on their part have passed!! I strongly advise against this store because of their staff!! THANKS

They are really horrible.One time I visit this place with my friends. To shop for bathroom section. The lady who work on cashier section kept following us from one alley to another and keep glancing at us from far.I felt so uncomfortable and decided to leave, but my friend told me she want to look at swimsuit as summer is approachingWhen we arrived at that alley she follow us and told us that we need to leave because store is closing in 30 minutes and we are in the store for more than 35 minutes and she need to close her register if we not buying anything we should leave .Tbh I am never coming back to this store

Due to covid 19 it’s really hard to look for the jobs, so today I printed my resume for job and present myself at rossy in person to talk with someone about the job opportunity they might have available for me as I am new to FrenchAt 1000 Bd du Séminaire N, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J3A 1E5 location !The lady I talk on cashier counter just replied me in French mix with English which I understand she said “ we only accept French people CV only, you don’t speak French , we can’t hire you. So be out from here “ than she look at the other cashier beside her and they start laughing. I don’t understand what their laughing manner was about ?Was it about me looking for job by just talking in English ? Or they were proud while being racist of how I look or how I requested?It was really disappointed to know that I often go at rossy as customer to buy stuff and different purchases.All I have request is that please take action on this type of behaviour of your employee. So other immigrants won’t be much disappoint. And from now I don’t think I will ever step in your store where your employee can make other people feel bad about where they are from.Thank you.
