WoW I sent my son to have his suspension steering checked, we received very poor service and we were charged for a complete inspection of the car, we tried to discuss with the service manager Mr Jean Philippe Audet and we are made to speak in a really unpleasant tone,
So after purchasing 8 cars from Déry
Me and my wife and family and friends will no longer go to Déry…..

I recently purchased my first brand new Toyota Hybrid from Dery Toyota, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Prior to visiting Dery, I had gone to Toyota Brossard, and the difference in approach was stark. At Brossard, the salesman seemed more focused on pushing whatever was in stock, rather than truly understanding my needs and preferences for a new car.
However, at Dery Toyota, I had the pleasure of working with Stéphane Poulin. I put down a deposit on my Sienna in November 2022, and after 15 months, I finally received my car. Throughout the entire process, Stéphane was an absolute delight to work with. His positive attitude, lack of pushy sales tactics (which I greatly appreciate), and unwavering support during the wait made the experience enjoyable. I also want to give a shoutout to Jessica and Veronique for their assistance with all the paperwork.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Dery Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car. Keep up the excellent work!
