Unpleasant experience this morning before going to work. I have to persist with the 2 cashiers to pay for gas and I am told “in my 20 years of career I have never seen someone who chooses to ask for their gas in L”. I had to go in and out of the convenience store 3 times to finally be told that they didn't want to put gas in my car. The cashiers were 2 against me saying that I said I wanted 94 but I really said 91 7:38 a.m. Thursday the 24th.

I am insulted, Mr. Cashier, who sees me arriving in a Mercedes and Poli every day. . . YES, 48 YEARS OLD too... and who tells me that he holds rolling papers in his hands because he doesn't trust me!!!! What an insult Mr... and he justifies himself by saying "this has already happened"...What a lack of respect... EATING GOOD DISH FROM A DIRTY PLATE... that's my feeling... Please train your employees

Terrible!The customer service is terrible. The cashier does not seem to want to be there and is very disrespectful to the customers. I hope that the employees, as well as the manager who is also disrespectful, will be corrected for their approach with their customer! There is room for improvement, especially when we tell the customer to go elsewhere. I'm not sure that Mr. Grimard would be happy to learn that!!Customer satisfaction non-existent!
