Following a "hit and run", my insurer directed me to this location for repairs. I drove the courtesy vehicle for a little over two weeks.
Once repaired, I went to get my vehicle. he was superb!! and what's more, a nice cleaning was done!!
There was a small bag on the passenger seat and inside, a small thank you gift (handmade, which I use every day). I found it really special!!!
I was served very well. Melanie and Benoit are impeccable with customers!!
They are very courteous people, who take care of everything, reassure you, make you feel easier and are committed to their work.
If your insurer refers you or you yourself go to this center, you will understand why completely satisfied customers leave a review here.
and I am sure that the whole repair process and the final result also depends on the communication between
traders and customers.

Good customer service and their courtesy car is very modern (I was given a 2022 Hyundai Tucson).Not to mention the price which is much lower than elsewhere in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu!
