3 hours and more waiting to change phones from the same company to the same company and the dude (assistant store manager apparently). To take advantage of the fact that me and my partner are leaving to put pressure on my parents-in-law to take their extended protection on a rented phone even though we had already told them no! NO MORE phoning them down there!!!!

1 Star because we cannot put 0.Bought a laptop with included installation of MS Office. They did not install the software and did not give me the key code so that I could install it. They do not want to help me or reimburse me for the software sold without the installation key.Advice, do not buy software from this seller, rotten after-sales service.

I recently went to Best Buy to purchase hardware for a new streaming setup, including an RTX 4 series graphics card and a CPU upgrade to the latest Ryzen 9. My journey began in the mic and camera department where, around 1:35/1:50 p.m. I tried to get help from a salesperson.Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite my politeness, the seller I approached ignored my request and moved on. He then called for help without even answering me. I understand that employees can be busy, but the least you can expect from customer service is a courteous response, followed by an indication that someone will be there to help you soon. Additionally, I also intended to inquire about ROG Ally open box sales for future acquisition. Unfortunately, I would take it new, and elsewhere. (My companion, also present, even asked me if that was her impression or if this seller had been very unfriendly)This is the second time I have encountered such an attitude at this Best Buy store. I'm not questioning the hiring criteria, but basic communication should be an essential skill for any employee, especially in a time where customer service is crucial.Additionally, I observed other inappropriate attitudes toward other clients during my visits over 2 years. However, out of the six interactions I had with salespeople, only four behaved in an exemplary manner, according to my criteria (greeting, product knowledge, relevant proposal, knowledge of the company's internal policies). Unfortunately, it appears that none of them have been with the company for several months now, which is to my great regret.As a result, I decided to shop at other retailers. My microphone, camera, and mount equipment were purchased from Amazon, while my computer components were purchased from Canada Computer, where professionalism is clearly a priority.In conclusion, I am disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and hope that improvements will be made in the future to provide a better experience for their customers. For my part, I will not set foot there again, at the price of the equipment, the service must also be included, and I see that only incompetence is well included in the pricing. (Date of events that can be observed via surveillance cameras: February 8 between 1:35 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. I was in ski gear)

Very bad service, I ask to keep an item aside and I am told by the cashier that she cannot unless she buys the item. Logically if I buy the item I will go with it. In addition she tells me that after 24 hours she puts the item back on the floor but again if I buy the item aside she does not have to put it back on the floor. Also there is no possibility of having an electronic invoice and good service from the guy who recommended the hard drives to me why the 2 stars

Very poor customer serviceI was looking for a wall charger. The young woman who took care of me had to disturb a group of employees (who were chatting among themselves) to help me. The group didn't seem interested in listening to him.One of the employees takes care of me. Following a question that I can't answer, he belittles me with a phrase ("everyone knows that, you're supposed to know that") and I freeze because I wasn't expecting it. He was stupid with me. Courtesy, kindness and empathy with the 3rd age he doesn't seem to know. I found him a bit misogynistic. I'll think twice before going back. At bureau en gros we welcome you with a smile and the employees are friendly, polite and courteous. A world separates the two establishments.
