We were looking to begin replacing our big trucks and came across Dubois. We were shopping for the best rates and were scolded by them for it many times, even to the point where they seemed to take personal offence. Marta was unfriendly and stand-offish and I’m thinking this is why. Imagine spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and then having to ask for a hat? The truck itself was shined up in the areas that make it look pretty and dirty everywhere else, and was sold to customers out of province with a quarter tank of gas and acted appalled when we asked if they would fill it. Had to detour to a gas station large enough to accommodate the big truck in a unfamiliar province instead, which is just poor customer service for the sake of saving a buck. Will not say never to shopping here again, but would be looking into other places. By the end of the day the attitude was better and the gentleman and his son were both very nice.

I came face to face with a street washing truck. We were in a zone of 30 and he had to ride 50 in a very narrow corner. I had to fly to avoid it, it passed 2 inches from my mirror! I called the lady without taking any information and said it’s beautiful, I took a note!!!Really shameful this company

Had a very bad experience dealing with them.they charge 20% on returns even if you found the part damaged. Be careful before picking up any from them. They behave like mafia and are dishonest

Friendliness and customer service are really not their strong points.Not hello and really don't go out of their way to give you the answers they are supposed to give you as a professional.Well, I'll look elsewhere ??♂️??♂️
