Poor service!! I went there for a special display in the circular and in store...but punched it at the checkout at the regular price...and when I specified the error...I was told that it was the wrong item...I had to to fight with them to make them understand that yes it is the right item...the Manager is angry to be told this..is condescending insults me...makes me wait for the reimbursement and while I wait tomorrow from to his used to go and remove the label from the special...fortunately I went to see I had a good idea of what he was going to do...no respect for customers and the laws I demanded a refund of the overpayment for an item and the other I demanded to have it free according to the consumer protection laws...never at this pharmacy be careful 🚫❌🚫❌🚫and seeing the other opinions I am not surprised by my experience

Very poor service from the manager of this Uniprix with condescending behavior, who does not respect his customers at all. It was my last visit, I will not buy from this Uniprix again.

Never seen a pharmacist lack so much courtesy, professionalism and respect towards his customers and employees. I was there for over an hour for a rapid strep test even though I had made an appointment. 45 minutes of waiting to finally take the sample myself, and more than 15 minutes to get the result. Meanwhile, the pharmacist is arrogant and stupid towards customers, and threatens to fire an employee in front of everyone. Seeing the other reviews on this pharmacy, I can only recommend going elsewhere.
