I was super delighted and excited about my purchasing experience for a new vehicle in September 2023 at Subaru St-Hyacinthe. I received excellent service and the whole team seemed delighted with my customers.
However, they showed no openness to a lease buyout + a sale of accommodation including a third party.
I'm still waiting for a return call from the sales director and have been for 3 days now.
This concession is over for us.

Outstanding service! I went to this dealership for a mechanical problem with my car. As soon as the service (Martin) made an appointment, I felt a real desire to help me with the situation.
Once there, the atmosphere was very pleasant and we felt that the employees were happy. They seated my children in a beautiful car, offered donuts (an employee highlighted her 15 years of service), etc.
I was loaned a courtesy car and the situation was 100% resolved, which was covered by Subaru's 10-year extended warranty (my car is a 2015).
I am always very hesitant to go to a dealership, I have often been disappointed and poorly served, but here, the team and the competence of the staff really made the difference. Well done!

I send my BABY for a recall on the transmission, they give it back to me with 2 inches of slack on the shifter. They gave me a quote of $500 to repair their mistake. They end up offering me 50% of the compensation for their mistake. Very insulted, I refused.
