Several inventory errors. You ask for a product that is behind secure display cases only to have them give you an empty box. Please note that this happened to me 3 times during a visit to finally find out that they did not have any of the products they were displaying.
Also, you take the trouble to call to see if a product range is available and 20 minutes later, you show up and see that the entire shelf is completely empty. It frankly lacks seriousness and professionalism.

Do not ask for advice on purchasing vitamins if your file is in another pharmacy. Very bad service I was waiting and the other customers went before me even if I had arrived before them. What is the point of being a PC Optimum member? I ask you.???

I wanted to consult the pharmacist. The person at the counter told me to wait 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, asked how long it would take. The lady told me she didn't know, the pharmacist is busy. They suggested I go elsewhere. I would have preferred that the person at the counter told me to leave and that there was no service and no, but to leave it waiting for that long.
