They give you a price to repair but don't give you a written estimate and change the price and don't repair the car even if they say to repair it!! and keep the pieces that are good instead of giving it back to you (like the protective plastic and the bolts???? plus they tore the bolts and not put the plastic back??
Really disappointed because it's been several times since his kid but to have a quick meeting it's great

I asked an employee the price to buy the dancing and singing GRINCH, he told me $500. I look on Amazon it's $350. The employee tells me it's the only one they have because it's a decoration. I ask if I can speak to the manager to see if the price is negotiable. He tells me $370 I say ah thank you anyway but on Amazon it's $350 he tells me well go to Amazon I was trying to be nice. ??? Just saying unfortunately it's not possible I wasn't arrogant!

Poor alignment, I told him that we reassembled an Infiniti with all the steering, then two months later I changed the transmission and checked because I thought I had lost a weight only to realize that the vehicle was poorly aligned... guy who clearly needs education tells me that it is my fault because he was disconnected because of the transmission even if I try to tell him that the date on my transmission invoice which is in the last days does not may be responsible for my 2 tires worn this way since their alignment... not able to explain anything! I have all the supporting invoices... better for selling the job... as if I was trying to get something for free... no, little friend, it's more a question of principle when you you were raised with values like not crossing people.... don't worry I don't earn your salary I can pay and not rip off anyone... 2 nokians of scrappe or almost and an alignment for nothing! I was strongly advised not to go there and I should have listened... why tell all this?? Because I am a principled person and I will complain everywhere because I don't like to be fooled and taken for an idiot... well when you talk to a mechanic and you are bad at... just take the calls and make the bills because any mechanic will tell you that you can de-align the car by changing the transmission lolll stay close to the phone that's it!

Good morning,
I would like to express my disappointment following my last visit. The employees on the floor, including a tool attendant, were very disrespectful, even going so far as to send me away. This significantly ruined my purchasing experience. I hope steps will be taken to improve customer service.

Prend rendez-vous en août pour un changement d’huile, ensuite en faisant affaire avec un autre garage en octobre réalise qu’il m’ont mis de l’huile à transmission à la place de l’huile à moteur. Vraiment ordinaire, effectué sur un char de l’année en plus. Je ne sais pas quel employé était en charge, mais beaucoup de négligence qui a couté cher.

Like all expensive, very expensive MOTs. Sandpaper in strips marked on special at $6.50 costs 1.50 per strip at Canac. Rotten service, a young girl sends me to the wrong row to find it and after 510 minutes of searching around I tell her it's not there. She apologizes with a smile and sends me down another aisle. I swear she did it on purpose. She wore glasses, I would make her put on stronger ones so she could see her final 4%. Like she was a Saturday employee that they had to hire because they were desperate. For me CT never again!

To start, I brought my used rims and 4 new tires to buy from another Canadian tire to have them balanced. I asked the advisor to clean the lip of the rims well so that the tire sticks perfectly to the lip and to wash the rims so as not to distort the swing. When they had finished, I saw that cleaning the lip of the rims was an extra charge (how does doing a job well become an extra charge????) then, the rims were balanced without having been cleaned, so almost sure that the swing will be distorted after cleaning. I mentioned this to the reviewer and was told that they never clean the rims and that it will not change anything on the swing (which is totally false). The quality of the work is not professional at all and the advisors relied on guarantees to back up their decisions, not very well!

Nice thief garage, my brakes are finished I told them to change my brakes, finally the guy tells me they just need a cleaning, 1 hour 45 minutes later still no news from them. All this to realize that they did absolutely nothing to my brakes.
