I went to buropro citation to buy a book and I wanted to support a business in my city instead of Amazon. Unfortunately I don't think I will return to this business. Supposedly, I would disturb the employee who counted the leases and let me know that she was going to have to start again looking stupid, not smiling and discouraged from having to show me the location of the book where it was.

Sunday in pm I phone Bureau Citation to find out if they had received the 2023-2024 diaries.A seller tells me that he will check and comes back to tell me that he did not receive any. So this morning I went there and there…..I found the said diaries…….!!!! I don't think he bothered to check it properly. Weekend employee leaves something to be desired, customer service asking questions……….

The manager, a Mr. Paré, contacted the company to find out about my order.He ended up contacting customer service, who informed him that the order had indeed been completed, but that due to a lack of staff (he no longer had a delivery person!) deliveries to customers were taking late.Mr. Paré took note of the situation and took the necessary measures to resolve this problem, which also afflicts the BuroPro business. The same day I called, I received delivery of my chair.A delivery man from BuroPro came to my home. A polite young delivery man, who was kind enough to bring the chair up to the second floor. La date de livraison prévue était dépassée de plusieurs jours. On a communiqué à 3 reprises avec BuroPro. Le gérant, un monsieur Paré, a communiqué avec la compagnie afin de s'informer concernant ma commande.Il a fini par joindre le service à la clientèle, qui l'avise que la commande a bel et bien été complétée mais qu'en raison d'un manque de personnel (il n'a plus de livreur !) les livraisons aux clients prennent du retard.M. Paré a pris note du contexte et pris les mesures nécessaires afin de régler ce problème qui afflige aussi le commerce BuroPro La journée même de mon appel, j'ai reçu livraison de ma chaise.Un livreur de BuroPro est venu à mon domicile. Un jeune livreur poli, qui a bien voulu monter la chaise au deuxième étage. Sympathique, d'une remarquable gentillesse. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pris son nom.
