Only one person on the floor, busy trying to make a Bluetooth product understand to another grandmother who doesn't understand anything. 2 men with mustaches and red polo shirts who seem to want to be elsewhere and who are hiding behind the counter. The website tells us that there is a large quantity of the item we want without finding it. A teenager comes out of the backstore with a mouth full of sandwich who ends up telling us that "it should be there"... As a result we leave without buying anything and Amazon will deliver what I need the next day before noon. Never been able to go to the St-Hyacinthe wholesale office.

Director David should redirect his career. He certainly has good managerial qualities but in terms of customer service I have already seen better.
I don't plan on returning to this store again.

Following a problem with my Samsung Android tablet, I tried to have it reprogrammed at other branches, but without success.
I went to the Bureau en gros in St-Hyacinthe, where I met Patrick who works in this store. In less than 2 minutes, the latter solved the problem, and even told me what to do. So, as a courtesy and service, it's 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.
This employee deserves my gratitude.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bureau Gros in Saint-Hyacinthe after losing my dog recently. I contacted several organizations and one of them gave me a DISCOUNT to print posters, that's why I went because this organization had an agreement with Staples, while looking for help with printing posters, I was initially well received, but then directed to a manager (David Garcia) whose attitude was totally unacceptable. He showed a complete lack of empathy and refused to help me find the information needed for printing. It is unbelievable that a company supposed to serve the community could act with such little consideration towards a person in distress. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Be careful when checking out, I strongly advise you to check the price carefully before paying.
I came close to paying $20 too much because the product was mislabeled. They did not want to honor the price accuracy policy... They simply removed the label from the product.

Bad customer service today.
I obviously needed help in the printing department. Unfortunately, the first employee who noticed my presence was quick to tell me, in a firm and cold tone, that they were closing in about ten minutes and that I had to hurry. I was not allowed any greetings or even checks to see if I needed help before being stopped like this.
Then, another person working at Bureau en gros came to me and made the exact same comment two minutes later, in a similar tone and without any greeting.
During the 3rd intervention, identical to the previous ones, I had to tell an employee that I would prefer someone to help me instead of constantly repeating the same information to me. When I mentioned this, I was simply told that my USB device may not be detected by their printers and computers. No alternative or solution was offered to me.
In this situation, I only saw one option on the part of the employees: to show me the exit, which I actually did before the store closed time.
Being involved in customer service myself, I'm not particularly a fan of the adage that the customer is king. However, I think it is essential to maintain basic politeness in all circumstances, even if closing time is near or slightly past closing time.

I went to your store. One of your clerks asked me if I needed help, I told him no, he said don't bother if you need it. Great!
On the other hand, when I arrive at the checkout, the young woman doesn't even say hello to me... she starts scanning my items... tells me the amount to pay... I pay and leave...
A hello with a smile and a thank you have a good day is the basis of a good cashier.

I really liked my experience at Bureau en Gros, Patrick, very friendly, at your service, attentive and informs you about the best prices they have for what you are looking for, however, the other clerks do not much and prefers to discuss other things instead of working for real.

I wanted to speak to someone competent, so I spoke to the branch manager about having the Internet installed at my home in Sainte-Madeleine.
I mentioned to him repeatedly that I wanted the 1.5Gb/s download plan because I needed this speed for my activities.
I asked him if it was feasible in my region and he replied: yes.
When he made me sign the clause, it was mentioned 10 mb/s, I asked him if that was normal and he told me: “yes, it’s always like that”
Bell arrived at my house, and when the technician took out the router, I noticed that it wasn't like the one the salesman had promised me I was going to get. So I asked him: “Tell me, would I have 1500 mb/s with that? And he answered me: no, here it’s 10 mb/s.”
What a waste of time, I can't do anything properly.
It was the first time I trusted someone with this type of request, it's over.
Never again to deal with Bureau en gros services.

No point putting cell phone prices on the website, it says price in store..... pathetic to make customers move with so little information on the products.... it's 2024.... I'm boycotting and I'm going to go elsewhere
