I was a good loyal customer before. I made a quote for a custom mattress for my RV. the quote came back to me with a price that was ridiculously too high. We had difficulty with the sales director who doesn't listen to anyone who understands her job. I checked for a price review and it was completely inflexible. So thank you, that opened my eyes to go see the competition which was half the price of the rest of you.

I have purchased a lot of products and recommended this maskoutain company to a lot of people around me in recent years. Following 3 major back operations and a 4th to come, I contacted the owner Richard. He was not very understanding of my case from the first instance. My goal is to be able to obtain an articulated bed to help with my pain. Sleep being one of the big issues in stopping physical pain. A financial aspect is also difficult in our case. We didn't knock on the right door, I'm extremely disappointed. We had just bought a bleu.eco baby mattress, too bad, the latest acquisition from this company.

I bought a baby mattress on December 31, 2023. Very comfortable mattress but when cleaning the cover, I inspected the foam and saw a big split in the foam. I went to the store for the warranty and I was spoken to like a real rotten fish by the man in customer service, a real lack of respect, shouting and stupid. I was told that I should have inspected my mattress when I took it out of the box and that the warranty does not cover it and to buy elsewhere if I am not satisfied with the little maskoutaine company. We agree that it is a baby sleeping in it and the mattress has barely 4 months of use. Hello the big one guaranteed for 12 years. Very disappointed with the service I received. Had great service from the girl when purchasing but with this man, a big zero.

We purchased a mattress in November 2020 and were satisfied with it. On the other hand, after only 3 years, we found that the mattress had hollowed out and had back pain, even though we turned it frequently. In addition, the queen does not respect standard sizes. So the mattress is smaller than our queen base.
I give 3 stars, because we are still satisfied with our pillows, but I will not repurchase a Bleu.eco mattress.

I am revising my previous opinion, which was this: "Ecological mattresses, made in Quebec, of excellent quality. Impeccable customer service, delivery times and unbeatable prices. A perfect company, very local."
5 years later the mattress is completely sagging in the center. We have the impression of sinking as soon as we lie down in it, like a nest, soft and hollow. However, we are 2 slim people and we take care of our things to keep them for a long time.
Customer service sends a PDF for a 'test' to do, with a stick, which is not relevant. They ignored my comment and offered me no deal, despite the supposed 10 year warranty.
As I mentioned to them: I now regret my purchase and I should have bought an Ikea mattress, sincerely guaranteed.

Very disappointed with the quality of a bassinet mattress.
The foam cover is plastic and smells very strongly of plastic through the sheets.
I called customer service and a refund was not an option. No solution has been found.
I am disappointed for a product made in Quebec and for a company that has customer satisfaction at heart.
