I go there because it's nearby but now I'll go to Iga further away...last week I bought pork fillets that had expired 3 days ago! Today I went back to buy a turkey on special.... unsurprisingly there were none left. At checkout I request a deferral voucher. It's like I asked for the moon! The exasperation in the face of the young lady who asked the manager. The manager no better filled out the paper looking jaded with life. I tell him thank you and kindly ask him when he expects to receive some.... I get the answer I don't know, ask the butcher ?.
Honestly I know it is difficult to find employees but there are limits to being served with disdain!
From what I read I'm not the only one!

Employee I met just to get the bus ticket was really helpful, having known that I am new in Longueuil on holiday. She told me how it could be difficult moving around and ask that I reach out to her if I need any help. So glad I met her.

Always clean and well maintained! We always find what we want. We changed grocery stores because they were always out of stock on the product we were looking for at our usual grocery store. Here we always find it and in sufficient quantity!

Watch the stuff on sale especially the dairy as it has expire by 2-3 months . They constantly sell stuff that is not within date and this is 4 x times i was sold stuff not in date and have been refused exchange or refund . Will not be returning to this store as there is a lot of other problems aside from stuff that out of date .

8:30 a.m.... empty shelves. Items on special not in stock... Ask a clerk... "Excuse me, bacon on special, still have some"... response with a disinterested air.. "Don't know".... Quite a service to the customers... This is not the first time that this situation has happened.... I was a loyal customer... not anymore.

By reading the reviews, whether good or bad, everyone agrees that it is a local business, it owes its success to the inhabitants of the area but to thank me I received contemptuous service from the from the staff. 10 minutes before closing, 10 p.m., I went to get milk for my children. I wore traditional clothes. On returning, the employee stared at me, well I put it down to curiosity, but right at his level he started to shake his head showing his displeasure. I stop and ask him what's going on? He told me that I had a problem. I thought I was having a waking nightmare. I ask his colleague for his director's card in order to communicate the incident with him although strangely they had. The worst part is that no one asked me why I wanted to speak to the manager.
Finally, I will make sure that neither I nor my neighbors will buy from this place. I have been insulted within the walls of the great subway aisles.
The worst part is that even after 5 months of this incident I still have no response from them
