*Generally good experiences with their PC express service*
However, the last time I was informed that the credits on my file had been deleted? (following missing items in my past orders) it seems that this is a change in procedure and that everything will be managed by PC Express now so they deleted everything without notifying customers. It's really annoying because there with "no traces" (I did not keep my invoices after the store assured me that the credit was on my file) PC Express cannot help me and does not compensate anything . So I paid for items never received and despite several reminders, no compensation offered.
A big breach of trust with this grocery store.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND ONE OF THE MANAGERS IS GREAT. This is one of the better MAXIS in the area AS WELL AS the DU QUARTIER MAXI but that one is much smaller AND obviously have less selection of products. THIS MAXI has the home goods AND A large freezers section

Pc express with Sonia and Chantal, they do it really well in addition to being nice. She places the order in the boxes well and almost nothing is missing. THANKS
