Absolutely terrible quality!! What I received has nothing to do with what I tried in store. After 6 months of waiting for my sofa, I received a loveseat that creaks, squeaks, plays the violin, a little piano, and so on!!!To be honest, it seems like a total scam to me.There I am waiting to have my squeaking loveseat repaired, my rocking chair from Europe "top quality" does the same thing!!!! $2300 for a rocking chair and it looks like it's already 17 years old!!!!It's discouraging....Let it go lazy-boy... total scam!!!

Avoid at all costs. Worst after-sales service experience. Quality not consistent with what is presented in store. Problem with seats, arms, padding, seams. 1 year after purchase, no problem resolved on my three sofas purchased. Store policy: no exchanges or refunds. Endless exchanges with after-sales service. forget to follow up. We went to the store three times to see a manager, who is rolling the ball with after-sales service.

I chose a sofa and armchair set. I make a few modifications like this: we change the legs, color of the fabric, etc... no cookie-cutter modifications. I was expecting a bill of 2,800 with taxes and it was more like $3,700. I try to understand everything and the seller says: but sir, you took practically everything from the menu!! I moved to a competitor where there were no gray areas.

The product itself is great ... so far; my gripe is with the sales process. We went to the store with pictures and dimensions of our stairs to the basement because we were worried some models wouldn't fit and even inquired if there was a paid service we could get so someone could come get dimensions to which we were told they don't provide that, but were reassure the sofa we had eyes on would fit (even if we also had a 2nd smaller choice in case). In the end, you guessed it, the sofa didn't fit and their contract states that it's the customer's responsibility to check so we were told it would cost 400$ extra to disassemble the sofa in store and reassemble it once delivered. Now, I understand a store can't be liable for people ordering without checking, but when a store can't even have professionals do it, how do they expect a customer who buys a sofa every 15-20 years to know that stuff.I will still give 3 stars because of the product quality AND the fact that the sales manager covered 150$ of the 400$ for the extra work, but I would have rather paid 75-100$ up-front for some kind of fitting service and save all the hassle and stress this caused. Next time I'll just buy Ikea which come disassembled or find a store that really assists you in your purchase. I was expecting much more from the La-Z-Boy brand.
