I have a fancy home theater in my basement that was in dire need of an upgrade. I decided to go to Brosseau Audio Video, a family business that has been in existence for over 50 years. My first visit. I met Eric and Patrick initially, they listened attentively to my needs. Frederic eventually came to my house to evaluate my setup. His honesty and the accuracy of his analysis impressed me: He got to the point and didn't try to sell me anything. My confidence was won!
I've done major upgrades and they've given me some great options to find the right mix of devices for my needs. The right choice was obvious! The installation was done in 1.5 days and the quality of the work was impeccable. They also found intelligent solutions to all the problems encountered. The three members (Eric, Frederic and Patrick) form a team of experienced professionals, they each have their own expertise. They complement each other wonderfully! In their case, 1+1+1 does not equal 3 but a strength of 5!
A happy and very satisfied customer, I highly recommend Brosseau Audi Video!

I have known Brosseau Audio Video for a long time and the new generation has been pursuing high quality audio and video work for several years now. Choice of equipment, product knowledge, listening to customers and competitive prices are the ingredients that encourage me to write this comment. In my audio/video system, my TV (60'' plasma) has 9 years of good and loyal service, and it may break soon and I will go to Brosseau Audio Video without hesitation.
