I buy a car from them, I notice that it has a strange noise in the exhaust, strange engine noise when I start, I bring it to them quickly, they give me an appointment to inspect it for a week later. I arrive at the appointment Monday morning, I discover that no appointment has been made in my name. I go back to them, they make me another appointment which does not suit my professional commitments. I suggest they bring him as I please but let him pay the bill for me. They accept. When it was done with one of their partners (I doubt the honesty) they refused to pay me the bill. In addition, they are calling me to ask for money because the person who prepared the sales contract played with the numbers. She put a lower amount for the remaining price of my trade-in car. When I told her that the numbers are not good, she told me It's approximate. Don't worry. I later learned from a friend who worked with them that this was their method of taking as much money as possible. She also gave me 1 month protection worth $700 on the contract, something I didn't have. never asked. Finally they called me to ask me to pay even more money while I was waiting for a refund of the $700 of protection never requested and the amount on the invoice! What nerve!!! Arrogant staff! Rude, especially Mrs. Wiam and her group and the gentleman (young man who takes care of after-sales service) they only sell words! They talk to say nothing! Lies and manipulation! This is plain and simple theft! I call, I write messages. Nobody answers! I suggest to those who have given this dealership a star to contact each other and file a complaint together with the consumer service since I have just read that we have all suffered the same fate! I volunteer for the procedure.

Attention. Once the vehicle has been paid for, total silence to have the documentation for the subsidy for electric vehicles. The price was paid taking into consideration the $3500 grant. I have had the vehicle for 5 months and after in person visits and countless calls still nothing.
It's sad. Oh yes! They added $3,000 insurance to the loan. So I had 2 insurance policies on the car. Little advice, go look elsewhere!!!!!

Purchased a vehicle from Automobile en direct approximately 1 year ago. No information was given to me regarding a second financing having been added to the original financing. I traded two vehicles to them and when making the payment for the initial vehicle I was told that the second financing was not included. So now I have to pay for the new vehicle as well as our payment for a vehicle that I no longer own!!
Thank you automobile live for properly informing your young customers, initially knowing that the vehicle is coming from your location!!! After telling me we can't do anything for you. I'm going to bring a lawyer to sort this out. Don't trust them!

Disappointed with the place, I recommend that you check your cars carefully before buying them here, because we bought one and the truth is that not even a week has passed and it already had problems with the lights, I came back and it was repaired, after 15 days and the shock broke They changed the shock and it ended up with a problem that was hanging around and none of their mechanics knew how to fix it, so first they sent me to Carignan then to Longueuil where the two mechanics told me the same thing will never stay because the agency doesn't want me to do it. Let's not put original or new parts, just used parts, we are really tired of seeing their faces every day and getting them repaired is a problem, because for everything there are excuses, when as as a customer I pay all the insurance that the agency requests and on the other hand, I do not recommend the seller Hector either because he never responded to a call after purchasing the car. Nobody is responsible for anything. So future buyers, be very attentive to all of this.

Attention ! Very bad experience: they forced me to subscribe to the mechanical protection of $4,461.03, otherwise they would increase the interest rate, which would have made me pay more. Additionally, this involved a 100% electric vehicle with very few interchangeable parts, which makes no sense. Be very careful, because after 10 days it is impossible to cancel.

I've bought 2 cars from Automobileendirect the first experience I got screwed over applied for a loan needed a cosigner got a cosigner the person working there at time instead put the car loan in my cosigner name with putting me on the loan at all which I only found out after I picked up the car when I mentioned what happened the rep calls me from his personal phone and tells me not to say anything or the bank can take back the car my second experience was way better my only negative remark when I decided to buy the car I was told I had to pay a deposit in order for them prepare the car i asked to have the Automobile en direct decals removed when I got there they were still all over the car I mentioned it to the salesman and he said he have it done while I do the paper work when I finished he told me he removed one and told me how to remove the others apart from that it was a great experience
