I make a service appointment via their website.....perfect date and time choice....I enter my contact details for a service (check engine on my trak 2024)...I arrive at the appointment.. ...Well no sir no appointment in your name.....the appointments through the website its suggestions you have to wait for someone to call you.....result no one called me back even after 4 days ....

Two weeks ago I received my Chevrolet Blazer EV at this dealership, I should have said that the work of salespeople like Jesse and the service was very good, It is a very well equipped vehicle, very modern, the autonomy is very good I love it.

I have been dealing with this dealership for several years and the service is more and more a BIG ZERO
One of the sales directors is intimidating women, a complaint was filed and according to the reviews it's not the first time!
I had sent my daughter (20 years old) in my place for poorly done work on two occasions on a windshield replacement (which they broke during the supposed repair) on their part and the director of the repair service. is allowed to be stupid, with attitude and didn't care about my daughter or me on the phone!
Yet another one with misplaced ego and discrimination against women!
How could he disrespect my daughter like that?? Which planet or jungle inhabits its savages!
Since the 1st week of my purchase of an Encore GX sport 2024 October 2023 I have had intermittent problems with my dashboard. I call my salesman and tell me that he heard nothing of this and no recall as far as I know. 1 month later I received a letter from GM for a dashboard recall. I'm bringing my car. I take my car back a few weeks later and I still have problems with my dashboard. The dashboard turns off no miles no signals and nothing and a Chevrolet logo appears on my dashboard radio. I bring photos of my proof to the dealership: Nothing has been repaired! “It’s not us, it’s GM who’s answering me!!! “Yet you don’t need an engineering degree to understand that there is a programming error!!! My car is a BUICK and NOT Chevrolet!!! Since the horror story with this dealer continues with his incompetence who tells me "we can't do anything without a video"??? We are driving in the middle of the highway and the board stops without notice and nothing!!! But I have 5 videos since!!! Where does the safety of my daughter and I lie in all of this!
You bring your car in for one thing, it doesn't fix the problem and it comes out with more problems and more costs!!!!
I have always had new cars of the year!!! My biggest regret is buying my 2024 car with them! This is my 4th car with them!!! And it’s been several years of dissatisfaction!!! I should have learned my lesson the first time to never do business with them!!
A big recommendation stay away from these savages who don't know how to respect women!!! Stay away from these incompetent people!!!
