I had a problem with my Dodge Ram 1500, it stopped working for no specific reason. Oil leaking. When going to take the vehicle for repairs, it was mentioned to me, even before having inspected my vehicle when I entered the garage, that it was an Ecodiesel, unlikely that there would be anything to do. Discouraged, my partner and I returned home hoping for a miracle. We were called back 30 minutes later: "sorry, that's what I told you. Nothing to do, engine head gasket blown." We had it towed to another garage and strangely, no gasket blew, repairs carried out by the other garage and the truck runs perfectly. My partner and I will not go back there again. No more trust.

I'm going to weigh my words and I should have read the reviews here before going because from what I see, I'm not alone.I took my vehicle in for a full post-purchase inspection in early September.-Wrong diagnosis.-I had to bring it back 3 times in total because they continued to leak despite spending 3XXX on repairs that probably wouldn't have been necessary.-Did not respect a verbal agreement we had regarding labor charges on my 3rd and final visit and issued me a bill without calling me. Which raised my total bill horribly high.-Big lack of communication. I had to call constantly for follow-up. They didn't call me when the vehicle was ready. I had to call myself again to ask and surprise he was ready?????-I went to another garage more specialized in the type of vehicle for a second inspection because we no longer had confidence and at least the said repairs were done, but there were several other things that came out that they had not noticed and which were nevertheless part of the basic inspection for which I had dealt with them initially.Good points:-They have decent courtesy cars and I was able to have one at each visit and keep it for the entire time of repairs (several weeks-months).It's the end of November and I just got my car which I think I drove 4x for 2 months.One thing is certain, I cannot recommend them with a clear conscience. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Availability, professionalism and prices in standard. At the beginning, I didn't have a good experience (2 years ago), but since a few visits, I have been pleasantly surprised.

Alignment of wheels and tires inflated with nitrogen done in 30 minutes. When I called to book the appointment, the operator told me that this is a job that their mechanic can carry out in around one and a half hours, or two hours though. On the other hand, the mechanic had time to do the job and reveal around ten problems, some of which did not exist on my car. A check carried out just before by another mechanic in a different garage of the same elements determined that everything was non-defective and without problems. It makes you wonder if the work was really done. I ask myself many questions...Services: Tires

On March 2 I made repairs to my thermostat hosing, prestone, valve cover... OOP the return hose burst during the repair. They change it and charge me extra for it. Well... so far not so bad, but yesterday on PIE IX in Mtl in the middle of traffic a big POOF (like a pipe bursting because of the pressure)... no more acceleration, check engine, the needle of the rpm which goes into neutral, I stall twice (I have a manual)... so I go to Normand Bélair (Curé Labelle) and in 2 minutes the mechanic (Yannick) asks me if I have had my hose changed oil return recently... INDEED! BEN COUDONC! The Labelle Mécanique employee FORGOTTEN TO SCREW UP MY ENGINE air pipe COLLECT!!! (Toddle intake pipe).For $600 for repairs, I would have expected much better quality and professionalism.However, I have done business with them 3 times for oil changes and at this level, it is a good job and no more expensive than any other.Additionally, when I confronted the owner about this in person, he asked me if he could make a commercial gesture to apologize (like an upcoming free oil change), a gesture that I appreciate, but trust is broken for the moment... we'll see in 8000 kilometers...I can't give a half star, but it's a 2.5.... half satisfied the lady.... and I was especially afraid that my engine would blow!! I hope they will be more careful from now on. This is not what the garages are missing... not to mention that there is another very similar opinion from 5 months ago according to which the air hose had been incorrectly connected... 1 time that's is a mistake, 2 times is a bad job.Service: Oil change

Mechanical inspection carried out at this garage for the purchase of a used car. Verdict: late despite the appointment, wanted to charge us double the price initially announced by telephone, and only noted a few relatively minor repairs to be made. However, a few months after the purchase, we realized that in fact there would be $2000 worth of repairs, and a mechanic told us that the car was on its way out...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Once my air intake was incorrectly reconnected to my car which resulted in me having difficulty starting my vehicle in cold weather.The 2nd time they told me that my brakes were 95% worn when it was the opposite, I had just changed them!They are ok for oil changes and tire breaks, nothing more.
