He gives me an appointment at 4:30 p.m. knowing that they close at 5 p.m. Only 2 suspensions to check. I arrive on time. He spends 15 minutes with a customer, I wait without any problem and then he tells me he doesn't have time to check my car in 15 minutes. An hour's drive for nothing.
