Asked my brother to ship something for me at the cheapest cost. That's like 12$ with Canada post. Cost him 50$!!!!! Never again UPS. Everyone I know will hear about it and I'll make sure no one I know use their scam service.

I have never had such a problem with a company! I will make the multiple calls and follow-ups, which are useless, but know that I prefer to travel the 25 kilometers that separate me from Purolator rather than going to UPS 3 kilometers away.
Customer service is lousy. And, when a service you paid for is not provided, NO excuses are made.
I strongly advise against using this shipping service!

Staff (Luc) is very disrespectful and speaks inappropriately to the customer. I did not have the correct address on the back of my driver's license and I was entitled to his displeasure instead of telling me an alternative way to access my package. This led to a verbal conflict in front of another customer.I expect more professionalism from an employee.

Fast service, nothing to do with the ups of the coordinator on Curé Labelle in Blainville!!! Going to St-Eustache is worth the trip :)received with tracking number by email.

Always had good, fast service but today Saturday July 29 it's closed... Google Maps opening hours may indicate it's closed, but it's always been open on Saturday and that's it which is indicated in the window... 🤔 Unpleasant to go there for nothing. If it's now closed on Saturdays, who will have time to go there during the week with office hours while people are working?!

Fast service, courteous and friendly staff, but they won't move a finger to help you placing the boxes in the cart/trolley, not even if you are a woman with kids.
