A man (possibly manager) comes, speaks loudly in order to ask a clerk to help without listening to our needs. Your dry as much with us as with the clerk. Too bad, you just lost several sales! (Rosemère is not far away)

Terrible after-sales service!! despite the fact that the product shows numerous failures a few weeks after purchase. The worst after-sales service I have experienced. I recommend Decathlon or even Amazon.

No service, I wanted to buy a bike but no one came to advise me after 3 calls, I waited from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. so I left the store and bought a bike from PRIMEAU in Blainville and I got excellent service

I wanted to purchase a coat for $249.99. The promo indicates on their site a $50 promo card with a purchase of $249.99. The cashier thinks that no, 1 cent is missing to make 250. For 1c. you lost a sale and I finally made the purchase at Decathlon

Awful staff.
They just hang out in the back laughing and ignore everyone.
Nobody will ask you if you need help.
The girl at the cash was very friendly!
Go someplace else.

I'm not local, but I stopped by to buy shoes with my kids this afternoon and was very impressed with the customer service. The shoe person served me quickly even though there were several customers, another clerk spontaneously offered to help me when I went to the cash register and the person at the cash register was smiling and courteous. Really: what a great experience!

Deplorable customer service: employees spend a lot more time chatting with each other than caring about customers and when we ask them something, we disturb them. No research to see if items are available in other stores.
Unfortunately it's like that in all Canadian Tire group stores. Competitors do much better.

This is the condition in which I received my board. This is the second year I've been going there; The first time, it wasn't great. After just one ride, my board was already completely white, even though I'm a beginner. I figured maybe they didn't put enough wax or something. I came back this year and this is the condition I received my board. I should point out that I paid $45 for this work. A real shame, I didn't even want to call them and get angry. Disgusted with this level of mediocrity.
