This year I changed my bike...not a top-of-the-range bike but I was happy...bought accessories...which they had to install...so here it is: everything was installed a little crooked the steering wheel n was not tightened, so started to sway while I was driving...the luggage rack was put so close to the bench...that you can't put "luggage" in short, not impressed...but I also brought another bike for a tune up....they didn't call when it was ready (they said they would call..) and even the chain was clearly badly oiled Anyway.. .
