I recently had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I waited 33 minutes to ask the pharmacist a simple question about an over-the-counter medication for my 12-month-old baby, before finally giving up and leaving. I will no longer frequent this pharmacy counter due to excessive waiting. It is imperative that they organize their services with a counter dedicated to patients waiting for their prescriptions and needing to speak to the pharmacist, and another counter reserved for simple and quick questions. More effective management is clearly needed.

The 2nd visit was much better than the first, the service was up to my expectations, the only point that prevents me from giving 5 is the quality of the self-service checkouts, it is not the best software.

Je n'ai jamais eu un mauvais service, mais rare sont les fois où j'ai eu un si bon service comme ce fut le cas ce soir le 15 mars, une heure avant la fermeture. La charmante technicienne qui m'a servie — dont je ne sais malheureusement pas le nom —, a été très polie et respectueuse, autant au téléphone qu'en personne. Très très professionnelle. J'espère qu'elle se sentira visée par ce commentaire.

Mia and Sarah in pharmacy, were awesome, they helped me manage my medication ordering, very helpful. As I am an English only speaking customer it is very important for me to find a pharmacy and pharmacy assistants who can converse with me and help me with my medication needs.Sometimes I have to wait longer than what I think I should, but I also realize these are not ordinary times, patience is important. The pharmacist has always been extremely and friendly.

They have the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. Completely unwilling to listen to the customer or to solve the customer’s problem. Do not shop here! Especially in the electronics section, you will regret your purchase.
