Very disappointed with my visit. I waited more than 30 minutes in front of the store and there was no one there. Hours of service not even respected. We are 3 to have waited for the opening which did not come.

Very good service, we were adequately informed to meet our needs without rushing. The same day of my purchase, I needed to be guided on the use of this new laptop and by telephone Isabelle took the time to do it after closing time, which I greatly appreciated. .

Extremely dissapointing visit to this store today. I went in for a processor fan, didn't really care if it was basic or not. They insisted on trying to sell me a used stock cooler for $35. That's just beyond insane. Many places sell them new for approx $10-15. I checked many of their other prices, they are generally more overpriced then even the big box stores ... No idea how they are still in business
