Exceptional service!
I stopped by today to buy shoes with my son, and I wanted to highlight the excellent service of the young woman who helped us. She had slightly curly hair, a big smile, and was very polite. If I remember correctly, her name is Mélissa or Mélisse. She really made our experience enjoyable and stress free. A big thank you for your welcome and professionalism!

Pas un grand éventail de produits. Le service est parfois excellent et parfois vraiment médiocre. La dernière fois, je suis aller pour des souliers et je suis parti avec seulement une paire de lacets trop court..... Je suis parti de là pour aller dans un autre Yellow et je suis parti avec les souliers et une paire de bottes d'hiver. A vous de faire votre opinion.

Yesterday I went shopping for boots for my children, the saleswoman was alone so I was understanding about the wait but when it was my turn I asked her for a size, she looked at it for 5 seconds and said to me. I don't, she won't even look behind so I ask her can you look in another Yellow please, she looks and tells me no there are no more everywhere. I leave, arrived in the car I went to the site not only is there still on the site but to Rosmère and Laval. Fairly ordinary service and not the first time at this place, I will know for next time!

We are coming for spring boots for our 3 minis. The sellers find the ones for my big one without problem. For my environment, the model cannot be found. The seller looks for them and disappears with new customers, telling us absolutely nothing. We ask the saleswoman if he simply abandoned the project, she goes to see him and comes back telling us that the boots are nowhere to be found. I ask about the fact that if I take the size of the model will I have to find the other one, she answers me yes, go back to looking but nothing more. She comes back empty-handed.
For my mini, it's nebulous, yes no possible size but not certain. We end up choosing one, she goes on the treasure hunt again 10 minutes later she finds them.
In the end, we were supposed to go out with 5 pairs of boots since my partner and I wanted them but we made the decision to leave my daughter's boots and go to a yellow one that could find their boots.
The salespeople were super friendly but seemed left to their own devices. Two newbies with no training who don't know where to find their goods. This is the impression we have of them.

I am a new customer at Yellow and my two positive experiences will ensure that I will return there. Two in-store visits to Yellow and, twice rather than once, excellent service offered each time by Jasmine!I made my very first purchases online by choosing the size that I usually buy from well-known brands.Since it was the first time I wore products made for Yellow, I had to go to the store to make exchanges, including changing sizes and even models.
