I arrive there, in the middle of a discussion with an employee, he interrupts me to go answer the phone and speak with his friend. Then, I confirm my appointment made online with him, and tell myself that he doesn't see it. I spoke with a person on the phone to make the appointment and this person never put it on file. The appointment was ONLY to put tires on rims, wait… they charged me $131.07 JUST FOR THAT! No installation nothing else. They never told me a price before, only after the job was done. I persisted with the guy, again he seemed arrogant to me. She wow the service. All the dealers tell me that Canadian tires are crap and I'm starting to believe them for real.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THE AUTO SERVICE. I bought a 3 year old used car that I had inspected by someone I trust at a dealership. A few weeks later I have an appointment at Canadian Tire to install winter tires and they tell me that there are several things to change on the car claiming safety... Everything to make money on your back. Finally, he offers me an alignment which I refuse and he charges me with it claiming that I changed my mind twice? I'm told that everything is recorded and that they will look at it and call me back to refund me if I'm right. Still no news. I don't mind losing a hundred dollars, but being taken for a fool is something else.

Very slow service at the parts counter. Have a long wait to order a part and just as long a wait to pick up the part the next day. Amazon so much faster at the same price
