Service really not up to par.
We purchased a watch for $89.99 in Bijouterie Édouard at Place Saint-Eustache, in mid-2023.
We had to bring it back the first week for a battery change, and 3 other times since for different problems. We bought a ''lemon'' and sadly, Bijouterie Édouard at Place Saint-Eustache insists on returning it to the company.
This time we asked for a new watch. Unfortunately, they continue to spend time and money to send a defective watch, which cost them a maximum of $55.
This situation could have been handled in a simple and civilized manner. But hey...everyone has their own way of doing business.

So, to begin with, one of the ladies who works there is crazy. As soon as there is a young person near her store, she accuses them of stealing even if they pass right by the store. She yells at young people and has no know-how. How does she think she's going to have customers if she's going to accuse everyone of stealing and being disrespectful. This jewelry store is not recommended to anyone I bought 2 watches on special for $20 check to arrive at my home and one watch out of 2 was correct but in the other the hands do not work correctly and the top falls to nothing and in addition I saw that the watch was not $20 on special for my $15 and he charged me $20 so I went back to the jewelry store to tell them that it was defective, they took the $5 that my charge into consideration and I exchanged it for another and still defective

I always liked this store, the jewelry has good prices. Only one of the employees is intolerable. My friend and I went there and shopped for about 5 minutes before this lady came over and said "Do you need anything else?" (We hadn't taken anything yet) and my friend and I replied a little confused that we were shopping and the woman gave a long sigh. Another time, this same woman was very arrogant to me and my mother simply because we weren't looking into high-priced jewelry, while she was polite to those who did. Have been coming here for years! New owners as of the last couple years but they are great also. I bring my jewelry there that needs to be repaired. A little pricey but only because my ankle bracelet has to be sent out for repair (comes to 18$)Have beautiful jewelry from there.
