In this pharmacy, it depends on who you run into...sometimes in a good mood and sometimes in a very bad mood.
I came across twice a lady of a certain age with a little gray hair and a blue apron who is never ready to take a customer with empathy, eager to finish at the checkout and leaves you little time to ask questions .
Very disappointed because I also compare it with my old pharmacy where I leave with encouraging and human words.
In short, you have to make the selection to choose the professionals at reception too.
Even if my file is there soon I will look for it elsewhere!
