I used Honda Saint-Constant Service when my vehicle broke down on the way to a vacation in the United States. I chose this dealership because it is located in the town where someone in my family lives. However, even though I was not one of their customers, they immediately took care of making the diagnosis, ordering the part, then changing what was defective.
Thank you Kévin from Honda Saint-Constant because I will now be able to continue my vacation itinerary. I would only have been delayed a short time after all.

WoW, what more can I say.
I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I had “bits” of knowledge. Yan understood everything and directed me directly to the car I needed. The service was perfect in every way not only from him but also from the superb people who made sure my vehicle was perfect when I received it. From start to finish, I was treated like a queen.
I can't give more than 5 stars but I owe you guys a beer ?

Service Experience at Honda St Constant Desjardins
My recent service at Honda St Constant Desjardins on January 17, 2024, was highly disappointing. Despite initially agreeing to a battery replacement, I canceled due to an overpriced quote. Upon picking up my Honda Civic, I was charged $310 for a supposed "battery test," contradicting the service document stating no diagnostics were done.
This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and the integrity of charges. My car, under a 6-year extended warranty, was not thoroughly examined after refusing the battery replacement. The so-called faulty battery worked perfectly after a short drive, making the service seem unnecessary and overpriced.
I share this feedback hoping Honda St Constant Desjardins reevaluates its service practices, emphasizing transparency and fair communication for customer satisfaction..

I was in the maintenance department for the first time at this location and certainly the last. Real SCAMMERS. Firstly, the sales receptionist, who was super nice, told me that courtesy cars are not chargeable for all customers and that the majority do not pay for them and to ask Kevin, the service manager, not to make me pay for it since it is optional according to her. Kevin never wanted to know anything about it and said it wasn't true etc. Then for my appointment I had a tire change to do, I asked for their prices by email and Mrs. Simone Wilson, coordinator of the appointment, confirmed to me that the price was $69.95 plus taxes for change my tires and I had mentioned the fact that my tires were on winter tires so they had to change them but their price was $69.95 plus taxes. I paid my $159 bill when leaving. My appointment was basic on a Friday at 12:30 p.m. they wanted to change it for the morning but I was not available so that's when they offered me the courtesy car which I still had to pay for their accommodate the time change of my appointment which was confirmed for 12:30! In short, worst dealer in terms of service, I got scammed by these people!!!

Very bad experience! I would be more respectful that Honda has been with us and I will not name the seller in question.
We have been rental customers with Honda St-Constant for many years. Often, after the 3rd year of rental, they offer to take back my vehicle and rent again with the recent model. This is advantageous for both parties especially since I do very few km with my vehicle. Honda therefore called me to offer to take back my vehicle because I am in my 3rd year of rental. On the phone, I was told that they would offer me the 2024 Civic at the same price I am currently paying for the lease. It's perfect! I am implying that I would be interested in HRV.
During the appointment we test the HRV while they evaluate my vehicle. Subsequently, the seller tells us that I have no penalty following the evaluation and that I even have an allocated amount. When we discuss prices, we find the HRV much too expensive (around $150/month more expensive than a friend had for the same model at Longueuil Honda). But hey, so far it's not dramatic, we can have the Civic at the same rental price as they offered us during the phone call.
But surprise! Now for the Civic, they offer me a price that is $154/month more expensive!!!
Virtually no discount compared to the price advertised online. When you tell the seller that you were told the same price, he doesn't offer any change or try to rectify the situation. On the contrary, it seems offensive that we do not accept this offer. I don't understand why anyone would end their plus lease early to pay a lot more for the same model just a little newer.
We found this to be a big lack of respect and we do not appreciate being lied to like this. So it's over for us Honda. We will end our lease and go with another dealership.

Last week I had time to waste I took a trip to Honda. I had no intention of buying a new car. I met Mr Sauve and after an hour I left the dealership with a duly signed purchase contract. Mr Renard Sauve convinced me to buy a new Honda at once. The advisor was remarkably kind and professional. I left Honda de Chambly after 20 years of loyalty to become a lifelong customer of Honda St Constant, thanks to Mr Sauve. I convinced my son to take a trip to Honda St Constant to renew his car.
