great service, the employees welcomed me with a smile and helped me find the books I was looking for. The store is very beautiful, but I found that there was still a lack of diversity of books. The employees still made me interesting recommendations. I didn't know the place, it's well hidden, but in the end I'm definitely going back!

We bought books for my son's school and the cashier, very helpful and kind, made a mistake by giving us a 4th grade book instead of a 3rd grade book. We found out at home so we called and they told us we could bring them back. Once we got there, the manager stupidly told us that the bill would be taken into account. The person who made the mistake had just arrived, they confirmed that we had indeed purchased there - once the manager found our invoice in her system, she just gave it to the cashier so that she could give us reimburses without speaking to us. As if we disturbed him.
I like this place but the manager should prioritize good customer service and not let her feelings run the store, because there are other bookstores that offer better customer service.

There is a good variety of books as well as drawing, school and writing articles. Good atmosphere. Located very close to Saint-Constant train station.

J'essaie de privilégier les entreprises locales. Mais hier, j'ai constaté que les portes étaient fermées quelques minutes avant l'heure de fermeture (qui est déjà plus tôt que les commerces en général). J'ai cogné en espérant pouvoir simplement récupérer, subito-presto, un livre que j'avais commandé et on m'a fait signe que c'était fermé. J'ai dû rebrousser chemin (perdu 45 min de mon temps aller-retour). Je suis retournée aujourd'hui (un autre 40 min, car moins de trafic) et parlé gentiment avec la gérante qui m'a dit que c'était comme ça qu'ils fonctionnaient. C'est d'ailleurs cette même personne qui me faisait signe de partir hier.Mon dernier achat à cet endroit.
