Battery was easy to find on their site. Free delivery (although was Reg Can Post, so no number to track). Was a smidge larger than original battery, but we made it fit into the phone handset. Now my senior is a happy camper once again!

Batteries arrived quickly. The only negative was I'm one of those people who still uses/needs a flip phone. Which means I had no access to where my order was. Maybe you could look into a second way to access info for those without smart phones.

Excellent service , product arrived in good condition although the battery did need a charge. Once charged up the battery showed all power bars and continued to show three bars while out of the charger for a good five hours. Has kept our Motorla Dect 6.0 digital cordless phone model # L401 going for several more years likely.
