It pains me to leave just one star, Gabriel was super nice the times I dealt with it in the past, but I don't know who was on the line who lied to my wife then me and I am disappointed.
I filed a flat tire on Wednesday, my wife was assured on the phone that the tire will be repaired in two days.
Here we are Friday (two days) and in turn I am reassured by a stranger at the end of the line earlier today around noon that the tire is not ready but "Yes my dear, we will call you!"
I don't know the French translation (it's my second language but I do my best) for the English word "condescending".
We are there after 6 p.m., shop closed until Monday morning 8 a.m., emergency “donut” still on the car.
Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed.
(Edit: Here we are Monday noon, no calls, still nothing done. I went to get the tire and took it to FCP then they took it immediately and "patched" it for the next day. Beautiful, thank you Robert and the courteous and professional FCP team!
CAA should reconsider their recommendation of ICIPneu Saint-Constant, I didn't even get a "Sorry!" or “We apologize!” going to collect the puncture, really a terrible service.
2x Edit: Here we are Thursday after the fact and the owner accuses me of incomprehension because of my mother tongue and that five days is not enough time for them to repair a flat, well done.
