I made an order on April 18, 2024, and haven't received it yet (today is August 22, 2024). It was supposed to arrive at the end of July or at the beginning of August. School is starting in 6 days! I have called and emailed numerous times with no success. Customer service is non-existent.

It's August 19, I haven't received anything by email and yet my son starts classes on August 29....I understand that they have a monopoly but the kind lady I spoke to this afternoon was not particularly good. mood....I understand that she must have a lot of phone calls and that she must always answer the same answers but I didn't appreciate her approach....I would never recommend this company....The customer service is so important you don't get frustrated there....In my opinion......It was my comments if it can make you think if you are a company looking for a company for your uniforms.....Thank you!! !

It’s really a pleasant experience. This morning I called to place the order. Ms. Annie (this afternoon when I got the uniform, I asked her name.) was super nice and efficient. She gave me her size advice based on my descriptions of my daughter's height and weight. I asked a lot of questions. She was very patient. I never thought I could pick up the uniform the same day I placed the order. Thank you very much Annie!

Order placed in May and still nothing received two days before the start of the school year. I was told a week ago that everything would be delivered in the next three days and it has been radio silence since. Looking at the comments here and on various spotted, no idea why the school continues to do business with them. A company specializing in school uniforms which are unable to supply in time for the start of the school year, quite ironic.

I wish I could give zero stars. It's nonsense, no one answers emails, I called them to change the delivery address because I'm traveling and they delivered the same to me. Lucky that I have good neighbors who picked up the package that was left on the ground. I don't understand how we are forced to do business with this kind of company. Appalling!

If I could I would put -100. 5 years ago we got the uniform at the last minute. Some items only in October when we had ordered from the 1st opinion. This year again struggled with this mediocre company. We ordered the first week of May and received nothing except a notice, which mentions that an item will be missing. We had to receive everything at home school starts on the 31st we are on the 25th and no return to our follow-up requests.
