J’ai presque eu le goût de me déplacer pour retenir les services :-) super service client pour de que j’ai vécu, je recommanderais si j’y étais !

Thief ! My car was making a little noise, they told me that it was due to my right table, they replaced it completely when I was dispatched with the car, the same little noise was there, I called back, they told me to bring the car back to tell me that it was just a useless plastic plug that was making the noise and that he had to charge me $80 for checking, so a table for nothing and $80 for 5 minutes is disgusting

Mixed review.2.5/5I made an appointment at their garage to change my summer tires.Positive; only garage in the area with rapid availability, text call back service.Negative; the person who made the appointment by phone did not ask me if my summer tires were new. As a result, at reception they turned me away because “we do not install new tires that come from elsewhere, there are posters to this effect everywhere”Service: Tires

I will avoid it in the future, new car I have my tires changed twice there. When I wanted to change my wheels this spring I realized that half of my bolts and nuts on my wheels were stripped. It cost me $220 at the dealership to have them fixed.Service: Tires

Be careful as it replaces parts unnecessarily. Claim your parts and have them checked elsewhere. If you are a woman they will be happy to scam you by saying that they are the professionals and that parts absolutely need to be replaced. Word of advice, check elsewhere as they tend to badmouth other businesses around.In response to your text: Yes, 2 parts were replaced not necessary, I suggested to a customer to have the serpentine replaced (only) and they put pressure on her (technical advisor) to replace these two components (pulleys external and tensioner, kit). This lady with severe difficulties accompanied by her autistic son came out with a bill that exceeded $600. He was charged more than $200 for a diagnosis, saying that you are the professionals. It doesn't take a $200 diagnosis to see a worn belt. Fortunately, we still have the parts, the bearings are still very good, the belt on the other hand was due as said by the person who according to you is not professional.

Not honest, Krown protection on a Tesla. I am charged 1.5 hours to remove the panels and informed that the car is ready via text message only 1 hour and 5 minutes after leaving it in the garage. I estimate that the processing time can take at least 20-30 minutes which leaves 35-45 minutes to remove the panels. In short, don't leave your car without staying in the garage. Last experience at this garage for my friends and families with their Tesla.

Meet at 8:30 a.m. for Krown rustproofing. I am greeted by a friendly Mama Bear. In a good mood, she seems to ensure that everyone's work goes smoothly. This is my first visit to this mechanical workshop. Usually I do business in Sherbrooke but no way to make an appointment within a reasonable time and no return call either. As for the Martin garage, I called saying “who knows” and I had an appointment the next morning. Work done on time and according to good practices. Madame Ourse explains and shows me the work carried out. I am satisfied and tell him until next year. To try if your usual workshop is not available for rustproofing.
