Not being a customer at Uniprix in St-Bruno, I still took a chance 3 weeks ago to call to find out if they could find me a medication that I have not been able to have since June 2023 because it is out of stock according to my regular pharmacy. In TWO WEEKS they managed to find the medicine for me after several efforts and kept me informed during the 2 weeks of research.
WHAT SERVICE.
I live in Sainte-Julie and I will keep this pharmacy for this medication and more.
Thank you to the lab service and the interest of 2 employees brought to my attention.

“Customer service is prioritized in our pharmacy” MY EYE! I showed up for my 15 month old baby who has a toothache. They refused to give me Advil (they have it behind the counter), because she doesn't have a file with them! She has never taken medication, that’s why she doesn’t have a record! FOR SURE she will NEVER have a file with you and I will make sure to tell everyone around me about it!

When I was young, I didn’t think it was important to have a pharmacy of choice. Life has brought me a lot of challenges and let me tell you that I have been fully supported by the Uniprix team. All employees are understanding, accommodating, competent, and they do more than the customer asks. At my old pharmacy, I went backwards, but now when I go to MY pharmacy, I go with a smile on my face. Thank you to the entire team for your unconditional support. Matthew.

Very good service given by the cosmeticians, do not hesitate to advise and show several products according to our needs. Smiling and friendly staff.I had to ask a question to the pharmacist there. It was a pretty long wait for a simple question...however, it was worth it. Very attentive and she offered me products for other problems than the initial one (the one of my questioning). She also informed me about the medical clinic located next door.Very good experience.
