Employees, especially at the pharmacy, say they don’t have a product without if there’s anything in-stock or if they even sell it online. It’s a straight no. No questions asked.

I can understand closing earlier on Saturday and Sunday. 6:00 p.m. is still early...but Friday too? I wonder if retirement homes provide you with income and you don't need more.

Should open at 8am we drop our kids off and have time to get some essentials. Opening at 9 just makes us impossible to go. Should look into opening at 8 on some days as a test. Other than that nice people

Terrible customer service.Their automatic messages have no value and extend calls for absolutely nothing. We don’t care about the serious fax number! Or that your branch will be closed exceptionally at 5 p.m. on January 20 when it is the 24th?We wait in line for 10 minutes then hang up. We call back and they just answer to say "laboratory a moment", make you wait 10 minutes and the wheel repeats. How poorly managed!!No semblance of respect for customers. It was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I had my file transferred to another pharmacy.

Nov 11, Friday 6:02 p.m. Closing hours not listed. Need my medication and a little kid kicks me out. Essential service. I'm transferring my file elsewhere, that's clear! A pharmacy that closes at 6 p.m....not very good! You must be beyond your means to do this work and your working hours according to your needs.

Les propriétaires de cette pharmacie sont les rapaces les plus voraces de la pire espèce. Ils veulent extirper toute l’argent qu’ils peuvent de leurs clients et de leurs employés comme des punaises de lit géantes. Si vous voulez juste un bon service de pharmacie ou un emploi agréable, il y a de très bonnes autres options à Saint-Bruno ou ailleurs. Protégez-vous, je vous prie.

Very disappointing Jean Coutu customer service. I am being told a defective cosmetic product and nothing can be done since I no longer have the invoice. I spend a good amount every year on home products, cosmetics, etc. From now on I will choose another pharmacy for my purchases.

In summary of all the comments: the store is good, the choice of over-the-counter medications…. But the prescriptions are never ready despite a request for automatic renewal, tests with telephone ordering, and purchases in store... a wait of up to 1 hour 15 minutes in some cases for usual medications. Also, replacements supposedly due to manufacturing stock shortages (but after validation with the manufacturer, it was a commercial disagreement!)After these situations, I changed pharmacies. I should have done this before. Uniprix on Robert. Nice service, not a number and welcoming staff.
