I am a regular customer, work nearby and dine at this location often. Today I went to have the pasta salad that I always have. At my first bite, I noticed that the taste was off. The salad didn't taste at all like usual. I went to see them to warn them that their salad was expired (probably the mayonnaise) my colleague had the same salad and he had the same reaction as me when he tasted the salad! They offered to replace the salad for us, but they did not remove the salad (expired) from the menu... we are still talking about mayonnaise that is not fresh, which can make customers sick... in short. I have always had good service, but today I was disappointed with their ethical value.

So, I just bring back my puff pastry, to have a new warm one. Then, believe it or not, she put my puff pastry that I already ate on back into the toaster oven. It’s completely disgusting for the next one and especially in 2022, still in the COVID crisis. I took the trouble to tell the girl, who is super disdainful and dares to cook it that way anyway. Just for that, it’s barred for life. Imagine all the times they have dared to do the same, it really disgusts me! Unfortunately, this was our last visit. It is such a shame.

A ma grande surprise il y’avait du fromage , je retourne dire à la fille que je ne voulais pas de fromage , elle me dit qu’elle avait demandé si je voulais du beurre et de la mayonnaise mais que je n’ai jamais dit que je ne voulais pas du fromage … bref aucune tentative de leur de régler la situation… elle sont resté là bêtement à me regarder en silence… aujourd’hui le service précisément était pire que la majorité du temps d’où la mauvaise étoile. Ce n’est probablement rien pour vous mais vous avez perdu une cliente régulière …Je ny retournerais plus.. il y’a d’autre restaurants à côté. Merci.

4$ for a smoothie that is literally almost all water and ice. And they don’t even give you a full smoothie.Service was meh, no smile and not welcoming either.I say this because I go to the square Victoria location quite often and the quality and service is much better. Smoothies actually taste like fruits compared to this location, plus you get a full smoothie at square Victoria. ...Wouldn’t recommend.
