The person behind the phone around 6:20 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. this Tuesday, November 19, 2024 told customers that he was coming back but in the end he transferred the line and as luck would have it, no more answers to calls afterward.
The way this person receives the customer shows that he takes no pleasure in informing customers!!!!
I really hope that the managers will focus on my comment and that they will take the time to clarify things with this employee.....

Lots of parking and gas pumps, lots of products, but it's chaotic, even from a Costco perspective. Going 1h before closing makes things a lot better.
