Very bad experience!!!!We went to order the tires, the woman who received us was very unfriendly and told us that we could not order them other than on the website.So we ordered the tires on the site and on the day of the appointment the same very unpleasant woman informed me that supposedly I had ordered 4 season summer tires approved for summer and not winter!!!! Even though I showed him my order on the sitein short they didn't receive the right tires or I don't know what happenedExtremely disappointed between the rudeness of the staff and the deplorable quality of service, I strongly advise against it!

We made an appointment for a tire change, we arrived today with our new tires and we were refused because we didn't buy them at Costco.But no one told us that while making the appointment. So we leave with our tires to find another emergency appointment... and what's more, the lady with pink hair at reception was unpleasant!! Well done Costco…

Please improve your communication process:- if you're 2 hours behind, just tell me that instead of saying "we're catching up"- if I tell you that I have a hard stop after 1.5 hours please don't keep me there any longer by telling me "you're next"

We were late for the appointment and they didn't accept us. However, when we came last year to change to winter tires, they asked us to wait about 4 hours as they are late or reschedule. After rescheduling, we arrived at our appointment and were told to wait 2 hours again. So it's fine when they are late and not you.

One of my tires were torn. Toed the vehicle here and tried making an appointment to get them changed. The service was so horrendous that I had to put my car on jacks in the Costco parking lot, unbolt the wheel and walk with it to Canadian Tire. They changed it the same day and I was able to drive back right after putting the wheel back on. If you want to change your tire I'd say save yourself some time and go straight to Canadian Tire instead of here. Like that you won't be getting nagged at by the service staff.
