Honestly very disappointed to have to make a negative comment about a store like this. I was sold a pair of shoes by giving me a deal on the price, in exchange for a pair that I had at home, which I was supposed to bring to them. They sold me the shoes for $300 and promised me a $100 discount by bringing mine so they could resell them. When I came back during the week, I was offered $75 instead of $100 and they told me they couldn't do better, even though I drove almost an hour to get it. they fulfill their part of the deal. You have just lost a customer who brought you a profit and could have brought you even more, but in order to absolutely reach your “profit margin of $200” on the shoes that I brought you, you went back on your word of 25 $ dollars.

The organization to manage "events" like back to school for example is rather poor, people are left to their own devices and that causes more problems than anything else, unclear instructions and poor compliance with instructions on top of that. to be slow to open and serve.
