Ne pas utiliser ce garage jamais. Je prend rendez vous pour un changement d'huile et je me fait dire que mon moteur est scrap et qu'il doit etre changer pour la modique somme de 13 000$. Je vais voir un vrai garage fiable et ils ne trouvent aucun probleme avec le moteur et offre du vrai service. Si tu veux te faire crosser, va au canadian tire

On February 21, 2024 a young man in my community was racially profiled, falsely accused, physically and psychologically harassed, detained against his will by a security guard at your store. He clearly exceeded the rights granted to him and abused them. This highlights the psychological inability of this person to carry out their work. I hope that sanctions have been taken so that this situation cannot be reproduced in the near future!

Racial profiling, attempted intimidation, it's still incredible that a customer with his bill in hand fears for his life to the point of calling the police on your security agent who is intimidating and harassing him. In 2024 we expect better. This security guard should be relieved of his duties and an apology should be given to the customer. I hope that justice will be done and that there will be consequences on your part and that there will be legal proceedings.

Here I had the option of putting a zero, I would have chosen it without hesitation!!!A man from my community told us about his misfortune when he presented it on Wednesday February 21, 2024 in your store. He was the victim of racial profiling and was held against his will by a security guard.Clearly your security guard is incompetent and a coward.I sincerely hope that the victim will take you to court and that justice will be done to him.

A big mess of customer service. I come to the courtesy to say that I have an online order for my tires. They send me to online orders. They tell me no, it's at the parts counter for the tires ordered. When I got to the parts counter, they didn't know what to tell me. The two clerks contradict each other. They send me to the garage counter two meters away, they tell me no, it's not here either! The worst customer service ping pong game. They are the tires back, but can't complete the online order for pickup, we don't know if they can let me go with it despite the emails I have as proof because! And that’s because THEY couldn’t complete the pickup. There were 6 of them in front of the computer, staring with big eyes at the 2 dollars. Terrible.

Amazing! Never seen business act like this. Kept a customer for 2 hours and called the police for suspicion of theft of $31.99. The customer had all his receipts and was cooperative. It is difficult to see what other motive and zeal there is to harass a customer in this way. Even the police couldn't believe it.

On Wednesday 21st of February 2024, I was a victim of racial profiling at this Canadian tire.I was held against my own will by the security guard.1. I was accused of what I still do not understand up to this hour.2. Security guard who never odentified himself to me and was in plain clothing accused me rigjt away of having stolen light bulbs.3. I came in to exchange to high beam bulbs purchased at the same store for about 33 dollars and exchanged these for a single low beam light costing 99 dollars. After the exchange, I paid around 70 dollars.4. Security guard appeared out of nowhere, took me to his office and asked me why I am lying when asked if i walked in store with the light bulbs to exchange.5. SECURITY GUARD WHO NEVER IDE TIFIED HIMSELF, SHOUTED AT ME CONTINOUSLY, ORDERED ME TO SIT DOWN, ORDERED ME TO STOP TALKING, THREATENED ME AND PUT HIS HANDS ON ME AS IF TO PIN ME DOWN, ARREST ME, OR GOD KNOWS WHAT.6. The Police was called and came in.7. The manager at Canadian tire did not help the situation. Young man who seemed to not know what was going on or afraid to intervene.I and my Family are infuriated. The humiliation, the secestration, being held against one's will, being accused of stealing and anythi g else I cannot think of right now (I am not in a good state of mind right now due to this horrible ordeal) is something that I do not wish to anyone ever.Canadian tire St Bruno, you will be hearing from us soon.You have cause tremendous emotioanal distress that I hope can be reversible even if it takes years.You have caused harm to someone.Shame on you and I truly hope I heal soon.Thank you for the Police that got involved.

One of the best CTs I've been to. It's clean, it's tidy and the employees are always visible and available to help us find a product or check if they have it in inventory. It's not the closest to my house but I go there occasionally to make sure I find what I'm looking for. They are also excellent on the automotive service side. I highly recommend.
