Extremely disappointed.. went to change my winter tires. One needed to be exchanged as it was covered by their insurance. Took the car, and things didn’t seem to be right. I realized later that they installed the wrong size. So my car had 3 tires, one size and the fourth, a different one. Didn't even have a proper apology.

Jean Marcel from the Drive-Thru Service in Saint-Bruno gave us excellent service. Due to what appears to be an error, the appointment was not recorded. He managed to accommodate us despite the high traffic. THANKS.

Worst experience of my entire life in the mechanical department.
I just went to a mechanic that was recommended to me and he showed me and explained all the errors that were made during my last visit at the end of last May: Canadian tire charged me the replacement of my calipers on the front of the car and we can clearly see that the one on the right is completely rusted and therefore not changed (I have photos). In addition, they instructed me to lubricate these calipers but it is all dry at the support points. Additionally, the left brake is leaking so brake fluid had to be added which is not normal. We also agree that brakes replaced 3 months ago should not leak.....Moreover, the springs were mounted backwards. In addition the rear drums were billed to me as cleaned but in fact they WERE PAINTED!! Yes, you read correctly: PAINTED to make it look like they have been cleaned (I have photos)! I paid a good $1200 for the so-called work done but in fact all the work was crush. They just took advantage of my ignorance in mechanics to scam me as a woman! In addition, they advised me to change the shock absorbers for a quote of $1400 which I refused and my current mechanic did the UP check and guess what: no need to change the shock absorbers, they are excellent! It's the shock absorbers that are rusty, but we don't care. Canadian tire predicted big problems for me in the following month if I didn't change these shock absorbers but guess what? Well, it's been more than 3 months and indeed everything is fine on the shock absorbers side but obviously everything needs to be changed on the brakes and calipers side. I'm going to go and claim all of this and if no action is taken, I will file a small claims complaint because enough is enough!! Don't take people for fools.

Lost-looking employee spends more time on his cell phone than doing the job, searches in my car without authorization, came for a flat tire I left with my vehicle all dirty, carpet and seat. (Wednesday September 4, 2024 5 p.m.) (store to avoid)
Returned to the store Friday September 6 after noticing that one of the wheel bolts was loose, the employee confirmed to me that the stud was broken, I left my car to be repaired because since the puncture it has been a lot of problems I'm sure the bolt was too tight or screwed incorrectly, that's why the stud broke, the worst part is that the person at the counter told me no, there's no guarantee on the job??????

Very Bad experience with the auto-service. I went to fix the break to make it sensitive. They force me to change my brakes though the issue was not related to breaks and charge me $600. After changing the breaks, the issue was not solved and when I asked they said its going to be like that and your car is not Auådi or BMW.
